(outlink) Body builder program: IRON MANS "HIT" PROGRAM

Recommended mass builder program: IRON MANS "HIT" PROGRAM at Professional Muscle.

The program is intended for bulking - I'm not sure whether it's that good for plain strenght increase. I'm personally a bit careful with bulking, I'm more interested in getting as much strength as possible out of my body.
