Fleshing out your character
I just found a PDF on fleshing out your character. Of course, it's meant for role-playing characters, and I don't think that matters - it's a good guide, and should be useful for making you more YOU, so to speak.

That's funny. Interesting thing is that it was written by a friend of mine for role-playing games but based on his psychology studies for his degree. So it comes full circle.
