(outlink) Department of Sociology: Trust Online Edition

The University of Oxford Department of Sociology has made available the book Trust: Making and Breaking Cooperative Relations, a collection of academic papers on trust (edited by Diego Gambetta). The reflections on the nature of trust (the first half or so of the book) are relevant for interpersonal relations including seduction. I found several new techniques for increasing trust just by reading the first chapter and thinking about what that meant; I look forward to reading the rest.

For those that arrange seminars and group activities (that would occasionally be me), here's a bunch of Group Activities, Games, Exercises & Initiatives. Some of these can also be used to kick-start a party, and the trust games might be useful for building trust during a seduction.
